Would give this place a 10/5 if i could. Came in on their off day to help me get my precious cockateil out of a huge tree. Shes safe at warm thanks to them. Very compassionate and understanding staff. Went above and beyond for a small bird. Thanks guys!

Steve and his crew did work for a friend of mine on Bradford Lake. They did a wonderful job. Definitely good at his job.

I am a very satisfied customer with the tree trimming service provided by Steven, owner of DeMasi Tree Service. He hasn't been in business as long as others, so he wouldn't have as many reviews, but he is growing his business. I got three estimates for a smaller 1/2-day job. The other two gave me sticker shock. Unlike some who try to milk the cash cow for all they can, his price was very reasonable and what I would expect from someone who wants to earn your business and keep it. Steven addressed and resolved a concern I had, which allowed us to move forward. Since it was a smaller job, he did it himself. After taking down one trunk, making it easier to see how the tree was shaping up, he stopped to ask me whether I still wanted the other trunk taken down. I agreed with his assessment that it didnt need to be taken down since the tree looked good without having it taken down. Since this was a major chunk of the work order, the estimate was revised downward. This is how you provide great customer service and keep the customer happy.
