        Repaired one cable came un wound, they charged two hours of labor for one cable, to put the cable back into place. The cable makes loud noise on the one they fixed. We have had the car hauler for two years and never had a loud noise taking the door down. Not sure why it would take two hours to do one cable on the drivers side of the trailer.

        It was a total waist. Your manager Zack is very unprofessional in my opinion. They pounded in studds on a bad hub, and sent my driver on his way! After they charged $524.00! I guess you have to tell them to inspect your hubs before they pound studs. Just a heads up to other driver's.

        I was broke down out of town. Ryan and Smoke did what they could to get me in right away. Once they figured out the problem, they started calling around for parts right away and jumped through a couple hoops to get me back on the on the road that day. Id highly recommend.

      I am sorry to hear about your frustrations with our Gaylord facility. I have researched this further and found we replaced 10 lug nuts and wheel studs on the left side steer axle and replaced the air dryer cartridge as requested by the driver. We did not inspect anything further nor were we requested to. I have conferred with your alignment vendor, and they replaced the hub on the opposite side, the right side. I hope this helps explain our involvement and any wrongdoing.
