        Driver arrived promptly and never introduced himself and didnt communicate at all and took offense to my wife questioning him. Obviously intimidated by a strong woman. No pets but we could ride in our car being towed with our dog. Completely unsafe and as former director of litigation for the largest auto group in the world this was received like we were morons. They are rude, dont care and if this is customer service we dont want any. Horrible experience!!!! Also, there is a state statue that anyone including dog riding in towed vehicle is against the law. The owner said a cop told him it was ok. In the business and not a clue. Still steamed at these morons. They want cars that are tagged or impounded by cops so they can fleece the owners I am sure.
