I bought a Kawasaki KRX 1000 four seater at this dealership last week. HUGE DISCOUNT. A beautiful machine. It was a painless and efficient purchase. They handled the financing which is under 2%. The paperwork was ready to go. I walked in, signed a few forms, they went over the details on the controls on the machine, and they loaded it in my trailer during a snowstorm. It was perfectly detailed and full of gas. The next day the machine was already registered by VIN # in my name with Kawasaki which I accessed on the Kawasaki website. I am going back tomorrow to pick up some accessories from their parts department. Its nice to do business with experienced professionals!

Bought a pontoon and although it's not in the water yet we couldn't be happier with the buying process. Everyone was very friendly, and Ed was the BEST! Can't wait for summer now!

These people wear clown shoes. If zero stars was possible that would be my rating for these imbeciles. Bought a KLX 110L, paid cash. The title I received was for a bike with a different VIN number than the one I purchased. It has been almost a year and these idiots have yet to get me the correct title. I have placed multiple phone calls and have been told a few times they had it taken care of. I was told I would be getting the correct title in the mail multiple times with the last one being a couple months ago. So I wait and of course nothing shows up in the mail. It is not possible to sell the bike or use it as collateral without the correct title. I have spoke with many different people, parts manager, sales manager, and general manager among others. Apparently they are all MORONS! I have recently contacted the Michigan Department of state Regulatory Monitoring Divisions office of investigative services. Of course some other unlucky individual is dealing with the same issues I am having. I am a Registered Nurse, if I did my job like these idiots a patient would without a doubt expire. I would not recommend doing business with these fools. They are a special kind of stupid. On top of being so inept their customer service is nonexistent. I believe I understand why people get violent in situations like this. I have been getting jerked around for a year. So move along folks, nothing to see here!
