Everybody at dinner was ill for 2 days after dining. Poor service, unkempt atmosphere and restrooms. No excuses in the hospitality and service industry. When you only have 6 MAYBE good months for your yearly income... you better be on top of your game!!

I placed an online order several days ago and went to go pick it up tonight and they couldn't find my order. The email had no order number on it. The associates were very polite and made my order but I got charged again. Very frustrating!! And a waste of money! I'll go to Applebee's next time. UPDATE: I reported this issue on the site as they suggested and I was emailed by the store manager who accused me of fraudulent activity simply by ordering on THEIR website. He insisted I used a fraudulent coupon code that gave me a discount when I didn't even use a coupon. I am very offended and I would not recommend this restaurant or location to anyone. If this is how they treat their customers I'm not sure why they are still in business.

The service was absolutely terrible. Our waitress was not attentive and completely left half way through our visit to go smoke and talk on her phone. We usually love to come here but we are extremely disappointed tonight.
