        Upon my recent two-night stay at this establishment, I found myself thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. From the moment of arrival, issues began to arise, starting with a notably unkempt pool and hot tub area, which did not meet basic standards of cleanliness.Furthermore, the inconvenience of being locked out of my room on two separate occasions during nighttime hours was not only frustrating but also concerning for the lack of explanation provided by the front desk staff.Moreover, the recurring malfunction of my key card, necessitating multiple visits to the front desk for reactivation, greatly inconvenienced my stay. This persistent issue detracted from the otherwise anticipated comfort and ease of access to my accommodations.Additionally, the breakfast offerings were disappointingly basic, lacking variety and quality, failing to meet the expected standard of a satisfactory morning meal.Moreover, the design flaw of the bed's high backboards posed a risk of discomfort and potential injury, as the elevated corners posed a hazard to guests' heads if not approached with caution.In light of these shortcomings, I regret to express that I cannot in good faith recommend this establishment to fellow travelers. It is my sincere hope that these areas of concern are addressed promptly and effectively to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

        Nice clean rooms. Extra sink area a nice addition. Family friendly hotel. Highly recommend. This is our 2nd stay here for skiing and we will definitely return. Nearby activities: Boyne Ski Resort

        Rooms were nice but the pool and hot tub smelled really bad. Couldnt even swim with how bad it smelled.

        Good value and location ... service was mediocre. The included breakfast was quite good. Great place for a one or 2 night stay if you're visiting Gaylord. The pool area, and I'm seeing this become more regular in hotel pools in the U.S.: it feels like about 95 degrees with the humidity in the pool room. Very uncomfortable.
