        Larissa Waltman of Waltman Law assisted us with a purchase agreement and land contract. Land contracts have a reputation for being challenging and we wanted to have legal advice and help with the matter. Not only was Larissa great to work with (very personable and kind), but she went above and beyond for us and completed everything in a very timely manner. And I feel like the fee was good and fair.
