        Great customer service experience between Marty linch, the,store and warranty service. They took the time to reach out over a pair of defective boots. Put me in contact with all the right people to get the boots warranties and shipping me a new pair of boots.

        Bad customer service, rude, and unfriendly. Made me drive an hour away to return something, every other store said they'd take it back just fine, but at the Gaylord location they couldn't take it back whatsoever, just really unhelpful.

        I don't do reviews much, but bring true customer service back to the table. Shopped online for a tow behind sweeper, and found what I was looking for at 49735 TSC. I get there and I'm told it's an inventory issue they don't have sku.1284947. So I then ask if another location might have one and was given 2 options and was also told told call them we don't transfer those items. Next morning I call 49721 TSC and inquire about same sku. Yup we can hold that. AWESOME! Received a call back a short time later, we are sorry but it was broken. Can I get a price reduction if I buy a different model? No we don't do that. Ok thx have a good day. Call 49735 Lowes and get same one and paid more and I'm happy. This should have been a better review.
