Next Level Custom Brick

If you are looking to have any brick work done, we highly recommend Next Level Custom Brick. We had a wonderful experience with everyone we worked with throughout the rebuild of our porch and the replacement of several hundred bricks on our home. The company is incredibly organized, honest and very client-oriented. Lucas and Catie kept us informed of every step along way and helped greatly. The crew was amazing. They worked very hard, kept our property clean and had great attention to detail. Thanks to the matching bricks and skilled team, we cannot even tell which bricks were replaced. From getting the first inspection and quote to the clean up at the end everything was above and beyond my expectations. Communication with everyone at Next Level was superb. I was prepared for any complications and fortunately we had none (from a previous very expensive quote I was worried a wall of bricks could fall!). Nic was very reassuring and put me at ease that that wouldnt happen. He found a brick that would match even though we had an odd sized brick not available any longer (which made Alex and crew work a little harder cutting some bricks down a bit). I was very satisfied with the cost. I would not hesitate hiring them again for any brick or cement work!

We had an excellent experience having our old, damaged chimney rebuilt by Next Level Custom Brick. From start to finish, they were extremely prompt and friendly. Roger was out to give us an estimate within one day of us contacting them. He went above and beyond to inspect the work we needed done and explain the process. True no-pressure professionalism. And they were available to do the work the same week! The work crew arrived early, introduced themselves and were super-efficient. Communication with Roger was seamless for any questions we had that popped up. We are very pleased with the work and with the clean-up when the job was complete. Highly recommend!

Next Level Custom Brick did an amazing job on rebricking my front porch, as well as tuckpointing around my house. When I reached out for a quote, they responded within 24 hours and had a rep out to quote the next day. Roger provided a quote on the spot and walked me through all the details - including letting me know of my brick options (the brick on my house is no longer made). The crew showed up on time and cleaned up after they left. Roger even stopped by to check in on the progress! I highly recommend Next Level Custom Brick.
