I contacted GW via email, and was contacted back by Lindsay. She was able to schedule a time to come in. Unfortunately I can't remember the young woman who assisted doing my intake today but she was absolutely wonderful. I had a lot of questions and concerns and she made me feel comfortable and answered everything I wanted to know. Coming from a DV situation, I definitely felt safe and felt that my concerns about my child's well being were addressed. Im not sure why so many bad reviews, my experience was the complete opposite. The facility was clean and well maintained. Smaller than I would have expected, however they did not disappoint.

Does Not accommodate for families. Week closed for holidays, yet refuse to open for a requested day/time for a family visit, like birthday or holiday. -they get to spend time with their family, yet no care for who they go to work FOR. -But in a hurry to take your money. They stop your parenting when you talk about your own cancer, to help teach and understand to your own child. This place is pure evil. ((Does Not follow your court order, not even their own handbook - tells you that they do Not even know why you are being supervised or what behavior they are looking for)) so what are they supervising - oh they say they have their Own rules on how to talk to children Yet Cancer Society enforces you to talk to your children about your/parent cancer!! Absolutely needs to be out of business - especially Free to families (like Wayne County Supervised Court Order Website states)

For a government ran business this place is a joke. they are supposed to help relationships build between children and their fathers and all they do is take money from the government and do not care about their clients. They schedule appointments so far out to the point you're not allowed any consistency with your child. they are completely unorganized and have destroyed my relationship with me and my son I would not recommend this business to help anyone let alone to benefit you and your child's relationship this place is a joke no wonder why they're ratings are so low
