    I mostly only rent from Enterprise, however not getting a 5 star due to not having the right size car, and then transferring me to another location, to find out they had to downgrade me also, and only gave me the lower price for the vehicle, but NO DISCOUNT, for all the inconvenience

    Deplorable. If you dont have the cars the website says then at least be helpful to the paying customers youre inconveniencing instead of having an attitude which makes the situation worse. I was extremely patient and professional but it appeared the two employees at the front were hell bent on causing an issue. Also, know how to do your job. This was the third time Ive had a bad experience here and I most definitely will take my money elsewhere. Not to mention the website is still showing availability for cars you claim to NOT HAVE. So instead of being nasty and combative to customers who are simply going off what the website states be more empathetic. If anyone should be upset its the mislead customers.

    I rent vehicles on a regular basis but last week I had a resveration for a small car cost is important as I always take the extra insurance. I got down and was told they didn't have a small car so I would have to take an SUV for more money and they are very hard on fuel. I said no and then they told me I could take a Malibu for $10.00 more I said ok and then someone else checked and said it needed an oil change. I had an appointment that day and had to leave right away. I went back up there as I tried to calling for James the manager. I thought serego hung up the phone on me . I went back to location and asked for James the manager, A man behind the counter said he was threre in his office and then one of the ladies that work there said no he had left. On the way out the door I spoke to someone else and she told me she had made a resveration and came in and their was no car for her. She had to take a more expensive vehicle. There was also a toyota in the lot and they told me it was sold so they couldn't rent it out. Any other time they just put me in a different vehicle and didn't charge me anymore. They should have called me and told me they didn't have a vehicle available for me not let me show up. That lot was full of large vehicles. I am very disappointed. Below the email they tell you they want to look in to this further to contact them. I jumped through all the hoops not holding my breath not heard back from them!
