I liked Heidi Tice . She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and very nice .Im definitely going back next year . The price to get them done you cant beat .

Had an horrible experience with them. Told me all I had to do was drop off my tax paperwork and the $45 fee well I did that(person I talked to is also family) started off good and told me they were all done and would message me back about the numbers, well after that I would go days without a reply and then I finally just gave up and asked for my stuff back and when I told her I could come get it the only thing I was told is a time she would be home and I messaged around that time to make sure was home and never got a response then tried charging me another $45 fee

They are just amazing!!!! Very professional answered all questions I had. They answer so anyone can understand. Not like the IRS. Thier prices are great !! Would highly recommend them to everyone I Know.!! Very knowledgeable company . Will use this company again.

*** This review is from my personal experience and therefore is protected*** I was hoping I found a new tax prep service but it seems not, I was quite disappointed in the lack of communication and use of unsecured email for very sensitive documents. I called and left messages and sent multiple emails which were never returned. I am also disappointed in there use of Gmail for business purposes, it is not safe to send sensitive documents via Gmail, they should be using an encrypted document registry. The lady on the phone was helpful and seemed generally friendly but that does not make up for the above issues.
