        New ownership has been amazing to deal with, plus I Iove that they are a local family. Units are clean and temp controlled. The central location makes them safe and secure. Added bonus: the website is very user friendly for easy rental and payment!

        They do a false advertising they don't have climate control storage. I call and ask for and every location I ask doesn't have climate control. I Ask the guy to tell me which area they have climate control and he just hang me up.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I (the only man that answers the phone) left the office today at 4:45 and I never received or answered a phone call today regarding climate-controlled or temperature-controlled storage. Please make sure you are leaving a review for the correct storage facility. Also, as our facility name clearly states "The Storage Group - North 3rd Avenue - Temp Controlled" shows that we offer temperature-controlled storage and not climate-controlled storage.
