Jack and his team do excellent work and always show up when they are scheduled. They did the initial install of multiple showers, sinks toilets and tankless hot water heaters. They even winterize our pool plumbing as needed. Recently they were out to do our annual hot water system flush. Always professional and willing to work around our schedule. Highly recommend. Services: Water heater installation, Garbage disposal installation, Toilet installation, Faucet installation

I set up an appointment with Barrett Plumbing. I watched for him to come as the dogs were outside. When he arrived he got out of his truck and asked if this was the right house. I responded yes and went  to put the dogs in the house. When I went back out to meet him he was in the truck on the phone. So I stepped back in to wait for him.  After a couple minutes passed, (checking to see him still on the phone), I looked and he was gone. He did not have the courtesy to come to the door. When I finally got in touch, he said he was not interested without knowing the details of the job. Very rude.

Stay away from Barrett Plumbing!!!!!! Had them set a meter, they ended up plumbing the meter in the wrong way and thus we were being charged double for our water. Had them come back to correct the city inspector never showed up so Barrett left. That was 5 months ago. Now call Barrett to get it fixed correctly and he is saying he will not come out unless he is paid. I told him it was not my fault he did not plumb it correctly the first time and I should not have to pay for it a second time. He said he wasn't coming out and hung up the phone. Poor customer service and poor plumbing work. Find another plumber and save yourself the grief.
