they come over and took measurements and calculations so they could give me an estimate.....no estimate and no communication...I am guessing that it was too much work for them and they didn't want to do it or they knew they couldn't over charge me because I have knowledge regarding fence installation....either way I found another company who follows thru and keeps their word.....guy was too young and I should have expected as much from him.....

I had a great experience with Oasis Fence! They were very quick to respond to my inquiry, came out a week later to get the measurements and then the fence was in a week later too! The gentleman installing was super nice and had it done within 2 days! Also love having locks on our aluminum gate doors! Very impressed and would recommend them to anyone! They did a wonderful job. They were very professional, and kind. They got back to me pretty quickly when I asked questions and to set up the estimate. During the install I noticed a few gaps at the bottom of the fence (because our yard is uneven, and they weren't big), they concerned me a little because my dogs aren't big. I brought it up to Tim, and he already had a plan to make me feel better, because he really cared about my dogs safety, and that made me feel really good. I also ordered my own hardware for the gates, and there was an issue on my end, but they were very kind, and worked with me, and came back out when the hardware arrived.
