I found the binoculars I was looking for on their website, at a significantly better price than I had seen at other sites. I called to confirm their stock (a lot of places were out of stock), and they answered my questions right away and were quite friendly. My online order was processed within 24 hours, and I received it two days later. I dont know how the purchase could have been any better.

I placed an order after hours for a game reaper scope mount for Remington 7600 that was hard to find in stock. I emailed through the Contact Us link to be sure it was in stock and received a very quick response the following morning confirming the part was in stock and was shipping that same day. Great customer service and will shop again!

I've been looking for a part that nobody had in stock. I called Optics zone and talked to Tammi, she checked her computer and then went to the back to physically check stock and she didn't have it either. All the other stores stoped checking after it wasn't in the computer. Tammi then asked for my phone number and said she would call me back later, and that she did. She checked with all her suppliers and then called the manufacturer. The part has been factory back ordered for months, they told her it would be shipping in two to three weeks. Not many companies would go to those lengths for a $50.00 part.

Thanks Jon and Tammi for excellent customer service and excellent prices. Had what I wanted and posted it as soon as it was paid for. Cant recommend you guys enough. Not just that but they thanked me for my business - old fashioned service which is hard to find these days.
