        Tom Pfetzer is amazing!! The entire staff there is 1st class. I've been part owner of 3 state 10 office roofing company doing 75 roofs a week and was never treated by ABC, who we were number 1 account in Ohio for, nearly as well as the Beacon team services me here. NEVER HAD MISORDER OR ANY ERRORS! Tom has reviewed my orders back when I was 19 or early 20s, and made sure I always had what I needed. Yes their pricing can sometimes be beat here and there . BUT the service is so much more valuable than any minor price difference. AND they often beat the competitors when I've checked.. THERE'S NO PLACE ELSE BETTER!! A Job with them always starts off right! Put a price on perfection... 1 question, have u ever regretted quality?
