Exceeded my expectations! In a town where all of the rooms are usually overpriced and sold out, I was nervous about staying in a small, non-chain motel. Wow, was that silly. The rooms are a great size for a family with two kids, fully updated, sparkling clean, and in overall better condition than the rooms in some of other hotels in this tourist town. The staff were great and friendly, and went above and beyond in helping my wife with an issue. Unless you have mobility issues, the location is great. It's a short walk to the water park, to the shops at the river, and to the bridge, which means you're now downtown where all of the fun stuff is. Totally worth the five stars. Thanks!

Despite being an older motel, our room was nice and clean. Staff were very nice. I especially appreciated that they provided both firm and soft pillows. This was the difference maker when it came to getting a good night's sleep for me.

Spent several days there and have no complaints. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. The place is near everything but not so close as to be crazy. If you like walking you could walk to a few places like Bronners. Staff was friendly and the rates were good. You can also see they are investing back into the business by updating rooms. Breakfast was simple but met our needs. Walkability: You can walk to Bronners with no issue. River Place & downtown would be a long walk.

Perfect budget motel in Frankenmuth. About a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. Rooms are very clean and surprisingly very quiet. The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. Free WiFi and breakfast made it a bargain! We will definitely come back again during our next trip!
