        I had a reservation and ended up getting an injury to which I was not able to walk, and this hotel would not provide a refund or any accommodations. I spoke with management and they would not work with me at all. I have always fully supported this hotel and my family has always enjoyed staying here, but after this we will no longer be staying with them.

        Clean rooms, friendly service, and a great location for all the sites in Frankenmuth make this hotel a great place to stay. We also loved the many pools, water slides, and the putt putt course all in one spot.
