My husband and I didn't even know where to begin in the house buying process, we only knew that it was time to start. We reached out to Nikki on a holiday weekend and she responded within minutes- which we were very surprised and happy about. We hadn't even met her yet but she was already so helpful within the first few minutes of talking with her. After the weekend went to see the first house we had chosen and when we met her we instantly knew she was the one that was going to help us find our dream home. After the first showing she went over the entire home buying process- this included a folder with detailed graphs and timelines that laid everything out step by step for us, which being a first time home buyer was super important and very helpful in easing our concerns and confusion. Nikki was available via phone, email and text and always responded to my husband or myself within minutes or hours of us contacting her- on weekends, late nights; even when she didn't have to, she always did. Not only did we find the best realtor with Nikki, we made a lifelong friendship. Nikki is very knowledgeable in everything "home" she was so patient and willing to explain every detail so we didn't feel rushed, or when we didn't understand something she made sure we did. When SHE found our dream home, we were so ecstatic and couldn't wait to get the process going! She met us in the office on a Sunday morning (not office hours) and our offer was accepted Sunday evening! It was the best feeling in the world and she was right there making it happen for us! Her recommendation for the home inspector was perfect as he was great and she took the time out of her day to spend 5+ hours at our inspection (very thorough inspector). When it came time for negotiations she made sure that she was diligent and always had an open line of communication with my husband and I, the process went smooth and was very stress free. She ensured that everything that was listed/stated in each document was done and was done correctly in a timely matter and she always fought for what was important. Nikki was/is so happy, cheerful, and kind; she made our first home buying experience one to remember for the rest of our lives! We cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work, diligence and most importantly the heart and love that she poured into everything! Nikki is a truly wonderful person to work with and is very good at her job! She will work extremely hard and fight for everything you could want or dream of needing. So if you are looking for a realitor with a pashin to make your dreams come true Nikki will definitely hook you up!
