        I was told my BRAND NEW generator from Generac would take 2-3 weeks. It took almost 8 weeks with zero communication from the employees I had to call each time. Each time I called it was oh one week. Finally I called after being told 3 to 5 days and they looked up and saw they had the part the whole time. I then went to pick it up and one of the two employees said you are the guy that got this at menards and he said I don't understand why you are upset you paid nothing in a rude tone. I said I bought a brand new machine and you do generac repairs. So you get paid for it. I asked for a manager and was told the owner John had his card on the counter and the front desk guy wouldn't give me his name. I have called the owner multiple times and they have all been sent to ignore with no return to my calls. I was excited to return and use this shop but never would again. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

        I love the snow and ice equipment they sell,the Snowex brand. I have a Snowex power plow, wow the quality and the features this plow offers, like down pressure, automatixx attachment system, an hydraulic jack leg, LED headlights with edge view. Aimee and John are great to work with.

        So many adjectives can be used to explain the exceptional service, RN age provides customers, everything from reasonable, proficient, reliability, honesty, and personable are just a few that comes to my mind. Aimee, Chase, Isaac, and.Jon represented the high standards that these brand-name products, demand of their sales, representatives and service members. One cannot get a better service than from the Fowlerville area where RNA, outdoor sales and service is located from the bottom of my heart I want to thank these fine people for doing a wonderful job for me. their expertise consideration, ation and going beyond the call of duty so to speak as now made me a loyal customer.
