        Leaving me stranded without a rental after car accident totalled my car. No money or anyone to give me a ride to or from work and daycare. Why do people have full coverage insurance? Paying for a service that does NOT deliver what was promised in the policy. Adjuster sucks. Not helpful to a single mom who has never had an accident before. Telling me they have the right to take away rental coverage based on weather or not the car is totalled Even though the policy clearly states 30$ per day rental up to 900$ per occurance. It says no where that they will change that if they feel like it. Unbelievable. I trusted you. I had to have faith in a company doing the right thing. I was wrong.
