They are very truck friendly they got Walmart beside them the staff is friendly and they got a lot of food options the rooms are very clean

Horrible Horrible hotel. Rooms: Filthy. Hair everywhere and ac didn't work and windows didn't open.

Recently we had relatives we put up in your hotel that were here to bury a family member and were planning on staying for around 10,days. They both were in their late 80s and needed a one level area to stay in. He is a disabled veteran!!! The follow issues were. The hair dryer was broke, the fridge went out and spoiled some food, the bathroom HANDICAP BAR came off when he got out of the shower, one lamp had no bulb in it and the other one shorted out when they turned it on! When we inquired about the issues and could they move to another room the woman in charge became very irritate and told them they had 45 minutes to get out and never come back! They spent one night! I will NEVER RECOMMEND your so called hotel to anyone. This is how you treat disabled elderly people? You should be ashamed of yourselves!

I needed a room after the tornado knocked out electric for three days. I asked the gentleman behind the front desk how much for another night he said $97 total. I asked if I could check back in the morning he said yes. I found out we were still without electricity. A woman was behind the counter. I asked her for another night. She asked what room number I had told her. I had put a $100 on the counter. The woman was snotty with me and said it would cost $229.00. I told her the man said $97.00 I said excuse me while I get my Red Cross paper. The woman started moving papers and slammed her pen down and when on the computer then said $97.00. Later in the day she handed me my $3.00 back. If you are in an emergency situation you stay where you need to. Continental breakfast is three types of cereal, milk and bananas. A little nutrition is better than none at all. I hope I will not have to stay there again. Rooms: The handicap accessible room was great. I had lots of room with my wheelchair. The restroom seemed humongous. The shower chair they have for the tub are rough. I'm used to a handle on my shower. It was difficult to sit but helped. The cloth bands ran opposite which was odd but, I made it work. The fridge and microwave were a huge help. I had a coffeepot just was not interested. Safety: The parking lot is in deplorable condition. It is difficult getting around the lot. I had my wheelchair only so traveling to the Sunoco and Wendy's was bad. A BP is across Williamston Road. I just did NOT want to play frogger. Food & drinks: Right inside the doors to the office are two colleagues filled with several drinking including Frappuccino. Best deal in the whole lot. Have a banana skip the cereal. McDonalds is across Williamston Road. Wendys is an 1/8 of a mile and A&W is 1/4 of a mile. The one treat I had was Cheese with some macaroni from Fowlerville Farms Family Restaurant Awesome! Uber East.
