        Shutters look amazing I live in a 100 year old house and the installers made sure they fit perfectly they bring in more light than I had before. Great job my house looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.

        Initially I thought they were professional. During the review I was talked into changing rod design. I didn't realize at the time this meant I would not get the single curtain per window I wanted, and requested. Then the day before installation they rescheduled on me so they could have a fancy luncheon during my expected time. It went from a good time and day for me to two hours before I'd normally wake up. The curtains were the right material, installed over the right windows so +1 star. They were split in the middle which I explicitly didn't want. When brought up during early install I was dismissed as my desire and requested product was clearly unimportant. The install was finished as I at that point felt I was forced to accept the wrong product and pay for it under duress. They were here it was half installed and I was too tired to fight it. The lady clearly didn't care. Icing on the cake. I paid for them to uninstall the old treatments. They did not. I'll be taking a nap and doing the work I paid them to do myself. I'm not even mad they couldn't even bother to bring their own scissors. I'm typically happy to help with tools, it just adds salt to the wound. Left a picture of the lovely mix of new and clearly broken old. So professional. If you have any expectations of your treatment to be anything but the stock standard boring normal windows, be sure to talk to the person in charge of actually doing the work. Clearly the left hand has no coordination with the right. Once you pre-pay, you're at their whims.

        They did my main window. Had a couple hiccups with the material that came damaged but I love the final product. They care about the customer and I appreciate everything they did for me. The seamstresss do amazing work.

      Rest assured we are ALWAYS professional. Our mission is to leave the customer's home with them loving their new treatments and 99.9% of them do. Unfortunately, sometimes what the customer has in mind will not always work for the project-due to either application or the customer's budgetary restrictions. This was explained to the customer as to why we needed to change the rod and style of the drapes (prior to the actual sale). At no point was she ever bullied into the transaction. We never use high pressure sales tactics!As far as rescheduling the initial installation appointment, we did request a change because I was part of a very important charity event to help abused and neglected children in our county (WSAQ-Community Roof Sit). The charity called late on the afternoon the day before the appointment and requested that I attend the lunch. I was honored to attend and our other 3 appointments for that day were very understanding and accommodating. This customer did not "have to" reschedule her appointment, but she agreed to. Yes, I did ask her if she had a pair of scissors handy - because it was much quicker than me going out to the van to get mine-but I gladly would have had I known it would upset her. Normally, this is not an offensive request. If she would have reminded me that she wanted the old blinds taken down, I would have removed them before I left. It had been over 5 weeks since we discussed us doing that and "no" she did not get charged for that. We value each and every customer, we listen to what they are wanting and do our best to give that to them. But as I said, sometimes that is not possible in the exact manner that they have in mind, and this is always explained to them prior to us making a final sale!!
