We have them set up an LLC for us thinking we were hitting the EASY button. WRONG. After several typographical errors on their behalf we had a business set up in the WRONG name therefore, useless. We were unable to set up a bank account, cash any checks received to us due to the business name not matching due to the errors. We paid $300 to establish a business in the wrong name. We ended up having to set up the LLC ourselves due to lack of responses and follow up from them. When they tried to correct after the first typo they corrected a second time with another typo adding a space to the business name therefore still not correct. I would NOT recommend. Save yourself the headache.

Dropped my taxes off April 1st. Said it would probably need an extension which was perfectly fine. May 20th came and they said they needed more info. I sent it the same day, June came and went. I called and was told that it was on her desk and that I would just have to wait. Ok, now I'm getting a little worried because summer vacation. (Disney) then July came. I emailed them no answer, and another call and got the same answer. There are more people in front of me. Ok. Now vacation is cancelled. In August I call and I want answers. The front desk lady said that they have been done since MAY 22nd! And they gave us a call. No No No ma'am I told everything above. She couldn't explain why that happened. And when I asked for a discount or something on how much I had to pay that was declined. Not only did I have to cancel our planned Disney trip bc I didn't know how much I owed, I have to pay them for their mistake. I won't be back.

Went in April 11 had appointments couldn't talk to me about said questions then said was 30 to 35 customers ahead of us might have to ask for extention. Never had a issue before but guess maybe overwhelmed with customers.
