        Way too quick to listen to what i had to say. Hard to even ask questions and get a thorough answer. He never showed us our information and how he got the numbers. Then we waited for 3 weeks just to get our information back. I called and told them i wanted them today and within 30 minutes they had them ready. They never went over with us the forms or why we owe so much and where it came from. Not happy at all. Would not recommend.

        Extremely impressed with my tax return. John was very knowledgeable regrading the new tax laws, which allowed a much more thorough return. Plus the atmosphere was kid friendly allowing my 3 year old to feel very welcomed. I will definitely be returning next year!!
