        5 star review for 5 star service. I called they answered. Bill is super friendly and Very professional. The workers showed up and got sh!t done. All question were answered without hesitations. 1000sq ft house and they were in and out in 1 day. Shingles are straight and look secure. Its worth mentioning that I received a step up shingle for the same price as the lower quality version. Roof looks better and I feel better. Thanks Tri county. Service: Roof installation

        Set up an appointment over a week and a half ago...Have a garage that is leaking and needed to find out where it is coming from. Stated this very clearly during the time I made the appointment. I get a call THE morning of, the morning I took time away from my job and lost wages to have the "office manager" ask me if I was willing to have my whole roof replaced??? Uh hmmm what? I said no, I just need the area of concern looked at and fixed...She goes on to tell me that they don't have a repair crew that they now cannot come unless my WHOLE ROOF NEEDS DONE Lol. How incredibly shady and awful...The BBB is going to get a complaint re: this...How incredibly sad and pathetic
