Took my f150 in for warranty work. I explained the problem and the tech found the exact same issue. They fixed it and I had my truck back quickly. Since taking over for Delehanty, LaFontaine is much more thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would take a previous truck over to Delehanty with known Ford f150 issues, and they wouldn't have a clue on what the problem was. I'd have to contact Ford's corporate people and Delehanty would have to look again, and would miraculously find the issue they couldn't find the first time. It got to a point where I was taking my Ford vehicles to Birch Run LaFontaine. This Flushing dealership is identical to the Birch Run location. Thanks for the great work.

I took my Lincoln MKC here for a recall issue. My drop-off was wonderful, and the shuttle service was pleasant, I felt well-communicated with while they had my car overnight. I was not as satisfied with the pick-up but it wasn't horrible. I was not greeted and taken care of promptly and was promised a car wash but did not receive it. Not a big deal but I just wanted to go home and did not bring it up to anyone before I left. The reason for the 5 stars is because of the way LaFontaine reacted to my honest survey. I was shocked by the level of customer service and what they did for me to ensure that I was indeed 100% happy with them. Justin, one of the managers, offered to pick up my car and bring it back to LaFontaine to wash and detail it. When I thanked him but told him that I needed to get an oil change before it was driven so far and that I could not afford it, he offered to give me a free oil change on top of that! I am a newly single mom who just started my own business and money is tight at the moment. I literally cried on the phone. It meant so much to me and they have a customer for life now. Top-notch service and really take care of people. Can't encourage you enough to trust them with your car.
