I just moved in at FVA, and so far my experience has been great. Megan was very friendly on the phone, and Melissa is so helpful and knowledgeable. She really helped make my move less stressful. The apartment community overall is clean, peaceful, and feels very safe, plus there is lots of green space for walking my dog. I highly recommend this complex.

I recently won a gift basket giveaway from Flushing Valley Apartments. Id just like to brag on them a little. They are always doing fun giveaways, so I recommend following their Facebook page. The staff is super involved with the community and fun activities so even if youre not looking for an apartment, its worth the follow. Theyll keep you up to date on community events and more. The ladies there are super sweet and friendly! The basket that I won had so many goodies in it including a gift card to my favorite coffee stop (Starbucks). They did a superbowl square bet that was fun and proceeds went to the local animal shelter. Give them a like if you want to be part of the fun and win prizes!

I think Melissa, Patrick and Megan is doing a great job. I have lived here for 10 years and we haven't had anyone comparable to Jim and Meredith and Team doing a great job.

Melissa is the best manager I have ever had. I'm going to miss her. And anyone who might move here, she will take good good care of them. I love her very much. I'm glad I'll still be able to see her at my new community.
