        Called to ask for advice on steps to replace a broken glass door. Receptionist was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. Ended up hanging up and calling a different company. Would not recommend if you are looking for someone to be helpful and courteous to assist you.

        Your automated phone service sucks. Customer satisfaction is zero point zero. Customers need to be able to speak to someone instead of being routed to the trash and disconnected.
