I just had my dog in there. She had her teeth cleaned and she had to have some teeth pulled. They were amazing. Thank you, staff at Reese veterinary.

My niece was there with her cat, Simba. She arrived when she was supposed to and they hardly did anything except take his temperature and pinch the back of his skin to check if he was dehydrated. They dragged their feet until Simba died right in the office. My opinion is that all the employees need a class on being punctual and treat an emergency as an emergency. Oh! A class in compassion wouldn't hurt. I, myself have had issues with these people. I will NEVER EVER set foot in Reese again.

Today I brought my baby Simba in because I knew he was bad and need help more than I could do with my previous knowledge of cats. Showed up was told he could be seen while I was taking care of deposit and such. He wasn't seen while I was taking care of that. We were directed into a room and waited and waited. Waited past 930 to be seen by the vet. Which mind you I got there before 9. And in which the were told me the obvious signs that's why I brought him. The vet had to decide which meds to give him which meant for them to leave the room again. While we were waiting my baby took a turn for the worse fast. And passed in my arms while waiting for the vet. Then my daughter had to go find someone and when we did. They said we had to wait to verify his pulse. I waited about 5 minutes before my inter rage took over. Went and found a nurse told them they didn't help me told me I had been kept waiting and they showed no compassion no remorse just said if you would've brought him sooner like yesterday he would've had a chance. You weren't open yesterday. And then even told me that I still owed money which I won't be paying because you didn't give my cat any care.

We are sorry you feel this way but would like to address to comments made, First we are very for your loss of niece's cat Simba, but she was a walk in right when we opened and was told the doctor would not be in for another 45 minutes, Once the technician seen the cat, she recommended emergency due to pets critical state, The owner declined and wanted to wait for the doctor, We offered to do blood work and radio graphs while waiting for doctor but was declined due to cost and having a very limited budget to work with. Simba was seen immediately and we were very honest with your niece with the critical state he was in and she wanted to try antibiotic's, unfortunately he passed away while I was making the medication up. If you have any questions or would like to discuss more please call the office.

We are sorry you feel this way but I would like to address some comments mentioned, You were a walk in at 8:45 am and was told the doctor would not be in until 9:30 am but you were welcome to wait to be seen. When the pet was seen we mentioned to you the pet was critical and recommended ER, You declined due to funds and only having $100 to work with. We were trying to figure out best course of action within your budget. We are not asking for the remaining balance to us to be paid for the exam that was performed. We are sorry for your loss of Simba.
