      Martin, we are sorry to hear you are not satisfied. We've been around for over 35 years, and have multiple repeat customers because we strive for perfection. We can't go into detail about taxes publicly, what we do know is that you didn't have your taxes done here this year. If you had questions or concerns, we are an Enrolled Agent Tax Professional office, and could've answered them. We cannot help that tax levels go up and down, that complaint would go to the government. We do advise about ways to minimize what you owe if possible. It's unfortunate after all these years that we couldn't speak directly, but through Google. I will say that we hope that whomever you took the taxes to this year was also a tax professional, and getting your taxes done somewhere else in a half an hour hopefully gave time to complete your taxes and extras fully. Either way, we appreciate doing business with you in the past. Thank You.
