Logan's Roadhouse

Hardly saw our waiter, and when we did. The service was not good. Seems like the establishment as a whole has just given up.

Steak was cooked perfectly. Rolls were warn and delicious. Love the cinnamon apples perfect sweet to end my meal

Terrible service from the moment you come in, had 2 hosts stare at us for about 5 minutes before acknowledging us and getting someone to seat us, got our menus, sat for almost 10min before a waitress came to our table. Ordered drinks and food, got our appetizer, didnt ask if we needed anything, we needed ranch for the cheese sticks, took about 10x of waving at the waitress for her to ask what we needed. Food was brough by another waitress and didnt ask if our steaks were done how we wanted which they werent, didnt offer steak sauce... nothing. She also didnt refill our empty cups sitting at the edge of the table. Terrible experience all around,everyone that works here looks super miserable. Will stick to texas roadhouse from now on.. not even asked if we needed boxes, bills just tossed on the table.
