VERYYYY POOR SERVICE been waiting out here for an hour no manager will answer we paid 300$ for a uhaul drive 3 hours away

Yes!!!, this is a great Place to come to pay your Bill's or even talk to someone in the office that can help you get the answers you need. Well, the Lady that helped my Mom and I her Name is Ms.Tricia, she is at the Burton, Mi, S. Saginaw St. Location, and this is where we will be coming to for now on. I am so glad the Her customer service skills are top notch, and to go along with that she is very knowledgeable about the things you need to help you with the process, she also made sure my bill info was right and that was very helpful she just goes far and above expectations for the customer to know and feel that your choice on picking Public Storage was absolutely the best choice, thank goodness she is the friendly face you see when you come there, SHE IS THE BEST!!!., She deserves a RAISE and a PROMOTION!!!,. Oh!, yeah just before I end this conversation, My Mom says to tell You Hi, Ms.Tricia!!!.,and Thanks Again!
