        One of the agents, Jean Marks, is also a landlord, and I would advise anyone and everyone to NEVER use her for anything. She is extremely unprofessional and has a history of harassing her tenants. Truthfully, I don't know how she's even employed here with the way she acts. Just because of Jean, I will never use Burrell. It says a lot about them even having her employed. If I could leave 0 out of 5 stars I would.
