I wish that this office would have contacted the patients to let them know he retired so they could find another psychiatrist before they run out of medication instead of just leaving and who knows where our patient files are? It seems like this has to be illegal to just leave and not let anyone know in advance. People can die from not having their medication and it takes months to get an appointment with another psychiatrist. Shame on all the drs and employees who ran this so called medical building!!!

Quick painless meetings. He lets me talk, and he listens if I don't like the side effects of any medication. Nothing but good things to say about him.

I wish I could give Dr Mathews zero stars. This is by far the worst Dr Ive EVER seen. He does not care about his patients or their well being at all. I was on very strong meds for over 13 years, was never off them once. I see Dr Mathews and I'm always out of pills, and now I'm going through the worst withdrawals because I've been off them for over a month (forced to get off of them because I was out) because the office doesn't know how to return phone calls or know how to fill scripts (I left 4 voicemails for script refills). I HIGHLY suggest NEVER going to Dr Mathews if you want to keep your sanity!! By far the WORST Dr for people with depression and anxiety!

Dr Matthew never returns calls, staff never answers the phone, forget about refills, you will always run out of meds. I would not trust this Dr or this facility to treat insects, animals let alone people. Turn them in to the Michigan Medical Board, HIPA, The BBB, State Attorneys office and anyone else you can think of

Dr. Mathew is great, the staff is professional and go out of their way to help. Only minor complaint is wait times, but you find that just about everywhere.
