Terrible management. Ive heard nothing but bad things about this place due there poor management who doesnt care to come to flint but to commute to work. Sad they have great buildings and such corrupt people controlling it.

Horrible management company. Uptown claims that they are reinvesting into Flint when tenants of First Street lofts, the very Flintstones themselves, are neglected and treated like garbage. Kristy never returns calls or if she does it takes weeks at a time. Maintenance never addresses any tenant requests; it takes multiple requests(months at a time) to get them to survey the issue. Even then, some of the issues never even get fixed. Don't you dare go down to the basement because at times it has water pouring in from water leaks and the entire ceiling is caving in; it is a health hazard! My advice based on experience is to never live at the First Street Lofts. Sometimes a good deal is only good on the surface. Do not waste your time dealing with an understaffed management company that seems to be putting all their time into higher revenue producing projects.
