        So there's a dog on my block and the ENTIRE block doesn't get mail. They didn't inform us in any manner that our mail would be held hostage. The neighbors have banned together, spoken to the dogs dad. So NOW the dog has not been outside. Still no mail. The carrier has the right not to delivery UNTIL they feel the threat is gone...well he's been handled...can I have my MAIL? The lady at the post office wouldn't hand me mail because so many ppl receives mail here...she wouldn't even hand me mine she said I didn't have any... I have informed delivery that delivers to my email EVERYDAY what's going to be in my box. I've looked at my mail scanned to my email for 2 weeks but she said I didn't have any back there....smh
