Michigan Sewer & Drain

Could not be more pleased. When my home was built (1960's) the owner/plumber installed two drain systems/lines... one for the sewage and one for the "Gray water" (showers and laundry). The Gray water line which tied directly into the field by-passing the tank became plugged/was damaged just outside the foundation, which was in a different location than the sewer line. Zach, using a flexible borescope camera and locater, located, to the inch, where the line exited the home... exactly what I requested. Great communications and pricing!

We are in the Burton area. We had a clogged bath tub/sink today 3/18/24. We called in the late afternoon and they were able to squeeze us in at the end of their day. We were extremely happy with the two gentleman that came out, one was Zach(his name was on the bill) and I apologize I do not remember the second gentleman's name. Both were extremely curtious and polite. They were mindful of not damaging items or towels in our bathroom. They were very thourough and even checked our crawl space to ensure everything was good under the house as well. We appreciate their work and the price was fair. We highly recommend them.

You could not ask for better service, professional, and literally cleaned their way out! I have to have my pipe to the road rootered every couple of years and I will not be calling anyone else. Thank you, Zach! 1/9/23 - I was so excited at their professionalism and clean work on 12/14/22 - but on 12/24/22 I had the same problem. I do not believe they did bad work, it could be a different issue, but called to tell them I needed help. Left a message stating it was not an emergency, but could they call me after the first of the week. I called them again, on Monday, the 26th and I have yet to have them call me back. I called another company, they came out and were less expensive, did not have to pull my toilet as this company needed AND did the clean up. If they had called me back, I would have given him a second chance. Hope he is ok. Service: Sewer cleaning
