Cottage Inn Pizza

The Cottage Inn on Mikler rd in Flint must not know what a customer is. As an employee you should very well know that a customer is what you live off. When there are no paying customers then there is no paying job. a customer is what keeps your business a float. Most places in flint have Employess whom think that they are keeping you in business…..WRONG.., CUSTOMERS keep your ass in being able to bring more than a napkin to your dinner table. As a Customer and working as an employee or he’ll just common sense we all know things can get busy we have long days bad days good days and so fourth. one evening my fiancé wires 2 1/2 hours for a order to be delivered one block over. in which they tried to still charge him and it was cold so he mentioned the timing and they offered him a 10.00 voucher which was an insult but then they offered 20.00 and we took it. Being we don’t live close we waited a week or two to use and in which we needed a delivery. We called they bearded politely said our voucher was available for use we ordered but then need to find the address for delivery and was told to call right back in which we did 4 mins later but this time they aren’t delivering. we still ordered and my sister stopped by and drove us to get the pizza. their vehicle had a flat so we drove a little slow so at 150 am i called to tell them we were a few blocks away and we will be there they so close at 2 but she said oh that’s fine we will wait m. when we arrived at 2:;04 lights were off and a guy came to the door we told him we made it and we just called he said to bad they were closed when then said but we just called they said fine he replied with well we’re closed you want what you ordered go look i. the dumpster. EXCUSE ME i don’t thi j this fat bastard knows why he even receives a pay check and had i been a guy he would ate whoms ever meal from the dumpster even mine if he wanted cause i would have put his fat ass in there. the next day we called explained the situation what was said and so forth they then told us that we don’t used our voucher and could not receive a new one then hung up as i called back she then said that she don’t have a manager doesn’t know a corporate number we could go to hell and then said im blocking your number. i don’t know if she did but i know when i order my daughters graduation party meal who can eat it out of the dumpster. great business skills your boss should be proud. keep up the great work as you slowly run your bosses shit joke i. the ground! Flint needs more employess like you at Cityage Inn. oh and i have something else you can eat… How about a dick.

This place is a dump! The pizza and calzone had raw dough and the sub just had a weird taste. Will never eat here again. Obviously the owner doesn't care because there has been negative ratings for years now. 👎

On two separate occasions we ordered pizzas not only were the pizzas wrong but the cheese tasted old on the last one It had a funky smell.
