Maybe this is standard practice, but they have such a short time frame for an appointment and my child is terrified and they wanted me to have her restrained for a cleaning. If your child is high anxiety and stressed with the dentist, I would not recommend

My four kids used to love going and had for 14 years. Suddenly the office is full of hygienists that dismiss kids discomfort and fears and are patronizing to older kids. The last straw was Dr John dismissing my older daughters discomfort during a filling. We now go to a different dentist and I do not recommend anyone go here. No one should fear the dentist and now my daughter does. Thanks, Dr. John.

The absolute best experience and staff we could have asked for!!! I can't imagine how anyone could leave a poor review (though most of the 1 stars are from people who only called and were never there. And from 3+ years ago) They are thorough and so kind. They make all the *suggestions* with thorough explanation of why it matters without shaming or demanding. Our previous dentist experiences had our family riddled with anxiety and stress. I left our first appointment here with tears of relief. So thankful for this office

The dentist is awesome, he is amazing with the kids and great with their teeth care.. but the nurse could use some better manners. I get that this business is booming and it's a demanding dentist but guilty shaming parents is not okay. Life happens and we have to reschedule and also not every parent has the ability to drive an hour away and yet you think it's okay to guilty shame them for missing a appointment or reschedule cu what it make more work for you.. like what is your job anyways to do the paper, answer calls and reschedule appointments.. this doctor NEEDS BETTER NURSES that know how to treat and talk to parents!!! I should give this ONE STAR but you're lucky the dentist is awesome at his job to keep this stars!
