        I brought my dell laptop in.. they gave me $60 for the loan.. when I returned to get my laptop they charged me $99.. my laptop was brand new never used.. when I got it back it had scratches in it like they've been using it.. it looks a mess.. the customer service rep said because I used a card to pay.. they charged more.. it was $75 to pick it up.. I regret going there.. my laptop looks like trash now!
