The whole office experience was wonderful! All the way from check-in to check-out was easy and painless. It feels good to have my vision in the care of Dr J. He explains everything and its evident that he cares about his patients. Keller assisted me with my contact/glasses order. He was fast, efficient, friendly and extremely personable. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Everytime I go into the office I always have a great experience! Dr J is an amazing Dr and very knowledgeable. Keller, Charity, Rhevyn and Summer were all very helpful and helped me pick out a pair of glasses and answered all of my many questions

Jonathan and his crew are amazing. Another optometrist had my eyes all messed up and the wrong prescription. Jonathan took the time to listen to my issues and then got it figured out in minutes. I will be Jonathan's customer for life.

Id leave zero if I could. This place is absolutely horrible to deal with. The employees, including the Doctors dont know what theyre doing. They gave me the incorrect prescription, then retested my eyes only 2 weeks later and got a completely different result. Our glasses keep breaking and the lenses fall out repeatedly. The list of failures is ongoing and too long to list here. We will never return to use them.
