Taco Bell

I waited over 35 minutes for 2 chalupas & 3 SOFT tacos. Every time I came to the window they told me 2 more minutes as I continued to watch 16 cars pass with their food. Despite waiting 35 minutes for said food, I still received COLD and soggy items. Call me Karen but I was super disappointed & will NEVER (not that I wouldve to begin with) recommend this place to anybody. Only reason staff gets 2 stars is because they apologized 1 of the 15 times I was at the window- they tried I guess.

I dont know why but the cinnamon twist here are awful! They dont taste normal.

I didn't get the girls name, but she was working the second window Tuesday March 5th, 2024 at 6pm. My daughter was having a complete meltdown in the car and making it very hard to order and hear. She was very patient and nice, and was definitely one of the few pleasent people I've ran into in drive thoughts lately. Not to mention the food was exception as well. Thank you

Edit: After trying this Taco Bell a few more times. I can say, that they have done much better. The food was made fast, and right. They kept lettuce off things that shouldn't have it, and properly filled things when asked for double meat. Also they people working the counter have been very friendly too me every time I have went in.
