        I think this is a great precautionary program. I think it's a way to eliminate some transmission of diseases, STDs, some of the infections caused from intravenous use. Supplying the things needed for use of ones drug of choices regardless of which way you consume or which form of the drug of choice makes the statistics of bodily fluid being transferred from one addict to the next.
