I Will NEVER do business with Hart Medical ever again. I have a wheelchair that needs repair and the repairs are covered under warranty! They dont take my insurance anymore and said they cant and wont deal with the warrenty because they dont take my insurance anymore, which is a lie! After they wouldn't help me I contacted Drive and They said that Hart medical is suppose to still help me with my chair because it is still under warrenty! Drive is working on replacing my chair under the warrenty like Hart Medical Was suppose to. I really liked Hart Medical But Not Anymore!!!

Terrible, frustrating, angering experience with Hart Medical. Took me a week involving multiple trips to the store, phone calls, etc., to get a walker for my mother because of one thing after another with this place. The day I finally had the walker in my hand ready to leave with it, their computer broke down and I had to leave without it. All of this while my mother had a bad wheel on her current walker and was unsafe using it. Unbelievable! We will never do business with Hart Medical Equipment again. I would give it a Zero star if I could.

Updated review: 1-5-24 I received a callback from supervisor Ms. Strich who listened to my concerned about the phone system and encounter with her employee. I felt I was listened to and my concerns were taken seriously. It appears the phone system will be changed in the spring and the issues with her employee will be addressed. Thank you. Extremely un-userfriendly phone service. Hart Medical used to have very good phone service however, no more. I tried to complain to a supervisor Tuateece at the location on Ballenger Rd and she was frankly, rude and said they don't control the phone system. Well, I was at a Hart Medical store! Someone has to control the customer service line! I asked to speak with her supervisor and I think, I was given a bogus phone number as after several calls, I've received no callback. You can't actually talk with a person at Hart over the phone, only chat unless you want to remain online for an undetermined length of time. When you call and are put on hold, there is no message about where you stand in the Q or how long your estimated wait will be. Really poor service. I had to laugh after I posted my original review. I looked at the last few and the review posted four months ago by Kevin also experienced the rudeness of Tauteece. Management responded and said they would pass his experience on to the appropriate manager. Well, obviously, the problem still persists. Way to go in taking care of poor customer service!

Terrible communication regarding my sons CPap and all of the benefits that were available to us via our insurance. I even mentioned this to the worker and they took no responsibility.she wasnt even apologetic, she got an attitude with me for even bringing it up. We switched to Binsons. The customer service was night and day.
