Dr. Paul's office is horrible. Started me on medication but didn't give me enough to make it to the next visit. Left 2 voicemails and haven't gotten a call back in a week. Called again today and sent to another answering machine. They will make sure you get your bill and thats all the communication you get. This place does not care about its patients.

I saw Dr Donald Robinson and I had a HORRIBLE experience! I went in for breathing problems, wheezing and shortness of breath. He never listened to my lungs or heart, he didn't do a PFT which is a test in office. He instead wanted to send me to a lung specialist without using a stethoscope or anything!! Never recommend him as a doctor

In the last 7 months I have had 6 appointments canceled. First they lied about Topaz Holloway, being out sick and kept making appointments only to cancel the day before if not the day of.. Finally went to Amy Maya who did a great job only to find out she quit and then my appointment with Mary was also canceled. Good thing nothing was life threatening. Wish I knew where Topaz Holloway is now practicing.

I want to like this place, but my first experience was sadly inadequate... I setup my appointment and everything was smooth. Checked in 24 hours in advance and arrived at 12:30 like I was specifically requested(by the lady who scheduled my appointment). Here's where the smoothness came to an end. They're closed during 12:30... for lunch... lol. Well, maybe an honest mistake so I'm not upset. So, I arrived at 12:30 and waited until 1. At 1:00 pm, I checked in as normal and everyone was kind and professional!! However, after I waited another 45 minutes for my appointment... I was called up and my appointment was *canceled* on the spot. I was told by the receptionist, that she was supposed to reschedule my appointment but literally forgot. It wasn't until 45 minutes after I was already there waiting on my APPOINTMENT that they apparently realized. Now... I'm usually not in a hurry, but I was there for several IMPORTANT medications that I had run out of... so now, I'm off meds that could be life threatening to be off of because mistakes on their end and through no fault of my own. Tragic, because before that moment I was loving the location. Hopefully things remain smooth from here on out as this was SEEMINGLY just mistakes. I do have hope though, because I can't state enough how kind and patient everyone I interacted with was...
