BEWARE: FIND SOMEONE ELSE! Extremely disappointed in this lawyer. I had such high hopes that she would be beneficial in a custody case. Unfortunately, not so.:( 1. Hourly rate: Reasonable. Billable hours: Extremely unreasonable and high. Expect to pay thru the roof. Either she pads their hours or are grossly incompetent. I would say it's quite possibly a combination of both. 2. Condescending and defensive. Does not take the time to listen or at the very least explain the process or patiently answer questions. When you question something, expect for her to take it personally. When an attorney takes a case, it should be about "them". They are there to represent "you" and hired to have your back and follow the law. It should be about your client and the child. Do what's in the best interest of the child...PERIOD. END.OF.STORY. 3. What should have been a slam dunk case is now convoluted by an attorney that cannot stand up for their client, and/or confused, understand the rules of the court. Indeed, a child is quite possibly left in a potentially dangerous home situation due to incompetency in what should have been in the forefront of the case. A client is left worrying about their child, legal bills that are out of control, having to hire another attorney due to their misrepresentation and lack of knowledge and gross negligence of billing(IMO). Expect unecessary long winded emails to opposing consul and you. As a reminder to this attorney and their duties to a client - they may want to revisit the ABA soon: As a representative of clients, a lawyer performs various functions. As advisor, a lawyer provides a client with an informed understanding of the client's legal rights and obligations and explains their practical implications. As advocate, a lawyer zealously asserts the client's position under the rules of the adversary system. As negotiator, a lawyer seeks a result advantageous to the client but consistent with requirements of honest dealings with others. As an evaluator, a lawyer acts by examining a client's legal affairs and reporting about them to the client or to others. In all professional functions a lawyer should be competent, prompt and diligent. A lawyer should maintain communication with a client concerning the representation. A lawyer should keep in confidence information relating to representation of a client except so far as disclosure is required or permitted by the Rules of Professional Conduct or other law. Many of a lawyer's professional responsibilities are prescribed in the Rules of Professional Conduct, as well as substantive and procedural law. However, a lawyer is also guided by personal conscience and the approbation of professional peers. A lawyer should strive to attain the highest level of skill, to improve the law and the legal profession and to exemplify the legal profession's ideals of public service. FINALLY, REVIEW THIS ONE: These principles include the lawyer's obligation zealously to protect and pursue a client's legitimate interests, within the bounds of the law, while maintaining a professional, courteous and civil attitude toward all persons involved in the legal system. Bottom Line to this review: FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

Phenomenal Attorney When going through a divorce, your heart, mind and emotions are all over the place. The last thing you need is an attorney who treats you as a billable hour. NOT THE CASE HERE! After researching and meeting with several different attorneys, I decided to hire Attorney Tabitha Marsh to represent me in my divorce. This turned out to be a decision I would not regret. I was not only looking for an attorney that would represent me in the courtroom but for someone who actually cared. Attorney Marsh proved to be able to do just that and more. She took the time to fully listen and understand my situation and needs. A very long story short, I had only been married for a brief time when I decided to file for divorce. This was by far one of the hardest decisions I had ever had to make. Attorney Marsh was not only professional; she thoroughly explained the law to me all while showing compassion for my situation. At one point during the proceedings, although I didn’t say a word, she could tell that I was reluctant to proceed. Instead of trying to move me through the system to end my case, she made it clear that what mattered to me mattered to her and whatever I wanted to do, she would support it to the fullest. It was obvious that she kept my needs in the forefront at all times. For that, I am grateful. She was what I needed during this difficult period in my life. When it was time to finalize my divorce, she fought hard for me in the courtroom and made sure my voice was heard. Attorney Marsh not only works for the justice system, she believes in getting justice for her clients. She has a heart for people and is sincere about her commitment to uphold the law its standard. Throughout the process she was very communicative and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was represented to the fullest and couldn’t have asked for a better Attorney. Attorney Tabitha Marsh was heaven sent and I don’t know what I would have done without her. She is an attorney for the people. If you are looking for a family law attorney, look no further. You will not be disappointed!
