I am so disappointed in the treatment I received today from this motel. I made a reservation on Expedia for 2 days, drove 4 hours and 1st was told the pool was closed. Then when I went to pay I was told they dont accept cash app cards for payment. I then said I could pay with cash. To which I was told the only way I could do that was if I had a debit/credit card other then cash app. I explained I had a debit card tied to my account but I only use it to receive my pay check. The lady said that was fine they would hold the card and not charge it and when I checked out I could pay with the cash. But the card was denied when she ran it and I already told her that would happen. She didnt even try to do anything to make the situation work even knowing I drove so far. I left and went next door and paid $100 less for a nicer motel with my cash app card.

I don't normally leave bad ratings. But this hotel earned one. The lobby looks great. The rooms however, are very different. Yellow mattresses and damaged old furniture that was severely outdated 30+ years ago.. Sudden ant infestations... in winter?... Some rooms don't have a microwave or fridge and it's luck o' the draw. No breakfast. Literally not even coffee it's instead a Starbucks that still tastes like hotel coffee only at $4 a cup. This place is a joke.

This hotel smelled like marijuana. The pool was not open. We had multiple rooms and they didnt have a microwave or refrigerator. Only 1 towel. The outlet shocked you when you plug things in. The rooms are very dated. The TV didnt work. The bed was comfortable. The parking lot had potholes that were over a foot deep. The bathroom floor had hair all over it like someone cut their hair. I personally wont ever stay here again.
