        The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is, we had an all electric car and appreciated that the hotel had a charging station, but had trouble parking in front of or near it to charge as other vehicles (not electric) were parked in this area often. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean.

        Purchased king suite. No linen or pillows for pullout. Pillows on king bed were two 12inx12in throw pillows. Front desk said these were standard in all rooms. Said they did not have any other pillows in hotel. Asked her to call manager"Matt" he told front desk staff to tell us nothing they could do. Front desk staff very confrontational with poor customer service Noteworthy details: 12x12 pillows no service refused to accomodate

        Poop on walls, bed was MADE BUT PEED IN you could smell it super strong like someone laid on it and peed the bed and then just made it again. It was the worst stay we've ever had. They discounted my room but I'll never stay again.
